  The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I definitely would recommend this hotel for price, quality and convenience to the attractions. - Close to the Falls, Casino and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Very good time.

  Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed nightly movie in courtyard #2. Though the big flower arrangement made it hard to see the movie for some people. There was n incident with some people in the courtyard at 230am which the staff quickly delt with. - Direct access to the Water Park. The inside courtyard was a fun place for ... what people say » kids. The room was clean and better than expected for a 3-star hotel. Check-in and Check-out were quick. We were allowed park the car at the parking lot on the second day.

  My husband and I had an amazing stay at the hotel, we were in Niagara Falls for a wedding and decided to book at Country Inn and Suites. We had not ever stayed at this hotel before and were extremely pleased with everything,from the staff to our room everything was perfect. Our room was very clean and spacious as we had a jacuzzi suite and it wa... what people say » s amazing, the front desk staff were very friendly and professional and the location of the hotel was perfect for accessing all of our needs. We will - Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but there are plenty of alternatives close by.
