The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I definitely would recommend this hotel for price, quality and convenience to the attractions. Close to the Falls, Casino and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Cleaniness, Size of Room, Close to Attractions.Everything, until I got home... See above. The bed was so comfortable and everything was clean!. The pool, customer service and cleanliness. great location, very clean and modern.the location is fairly good.. the price is reasonable... there is also free breakfast .. not variety but good. The room was clean and the beds comfortable Slept well. Customer Service staff were very friendly. it has a great location and is good value for money.indeed very close to the Falls, nice, clean room with fridge, the free parking is a big plus. Central location, nice confortable and large enough room, parkingincluded. Great location. The closeness to all the activities. the pool water was very, very cold. hot tub was broken. Lack of Parking. Nothing. We were truly satisfied, until we got home. I called thehotel twice and received an ok answer to the "release" claus...However, I think three days releasing a credit card (especially when Ihanded over cash... Was very unreasonable, but thats no relection onthe actual stay. extra taxes and service charges added to cost.The rooms feel outdated compared to the luxurious exterior of the building, it almost gives you a false impression of what the inside really looks like. eating from paper plates etc.The free breakfast is a laugh [for dutch people] but that depends on your taste. The room was in a back part of the hotel, which had a different frontalset of rooms, which appeared as better or more confortable. This was notevident when booking.Breakfast was only toast, bagels and cereal. The room was a no smoking but it smelt of stale tobacco which didn't go away and there was no windows to open to let air in.
