The pool was never crowded with kids. You could relax in quiet. Clean close to elevators. Close to falls and activities. Lots of parking. Within walking distance to most attractions. Good Continental breakfast.Location to falls, perfect, very short walk. Comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Souveniers. Shirts, jewelry, etc. the hart shape tub.

It was a great decision to stay at Days Inn - Near the Falls and we had a memorable Niagara experience. Location: quiet place close to the center. That it was close to everything. In the lobby they had coupons for localareas. Kind staff that helped with my local questions. I loved the cleanrooms and the views.I loved the clean room and clean/fresh linenes. The bed, nice clean room. breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful,Days is in walking distance to most things we were interested in. cleanliness,hotel staff,comfort. staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The location to the main attractions and to thefalls was very close, walking distance to the falls. Lots ofrestaurants close by. Location, location, location. Confusing name: there are at least three hotels with the same name 'Days Inn' indicated on the building in the same area.TV in the room-too cheap,no frigde,parking???. same breakfast every day. I did not like the smell in the room, a very funny smell sort of oldsmell, dissapointed about that. Rooms where nice but thought tv in room was much too small.Slow elevators. Internet in rooms are not good. We only stayed for 2 nights and no negative findings during this time. SHould have seperate parking facilties for families with children.the wireless internet is very bad, please set up plug in cable. The lobby and elevators had an unpleasant odor. This did not flow into the hotel room, however.The swimming pool there didn't work,so we spent extra to get wirpool room.Breakfast is too simple and didn't look like a continental.I am a new comers and it is my 1st expiriens staying in North American hotel.Before I worked in tour agency and just comper with another hotels I've ever been in over the word.It was low seson and I sure it would be wonderful stay there during summer times. Non smoking room was stinking, but after complain we had free room upgrade. I wish you had a mini fridge in the room for cold water.The ac was veryirritating. For the price I we paid it would have been great tocompliment us wit a free parking. would not allow my fiancee to check in to our room before I got there.The AC made noise and waked me up at midnight. bad beds!. We had to change rooms 4 times. First room was not what we reserved. Second room, the key did not work. Third room, we walked in on an occupied room. Occupants were sleeping. Fourth room was okay, but still not what we reserved. Long line-up for breakfast. wireless internet DIDN'T work for my stay Was a big issue from entering hotel was told by staff call was in for repair but never did work. There was a facecloth in the bedroom, haning off the shower rail that was absolutely disgusting! It was stained brown and was hard - it was gross.The staff was not friendly, the attention was very very very bad. For a 4 star rated hotel it lacked in facilities and cleanliness. Also expected a higher quality of beddingA(mattress and linen quality) No food available in hotel except from vending machines. Only 1 ice machine in the whole hotel. pool area not well kept.The room was very old expecially the toilet. I ha to pay for the parking, and There was the queue to do Breakfast very poor anyway. we booked a non-smoking whirpool suite, and when we arrived they gave us a smoking room. When we asked for a non-smoking room, they informed us there weren't any left, until we asked for our money back, then they suddenly found us another room which still smelt like smoke, and my husband and I could smell that they sprayed some deoderizer to "freshen". That was pretty disappointing for us.
