The proximity to all the places in the heart of Mont Tremblant Village. The staff at the reception who are very friendly and professionnal. The view from our studio and the fact that we could park our car in the underground garage with direct access to our room. Perfect location for keen skiers. Truly ski in-ski out accommodation. Right next to lifts and ski school. Ideal for shops and town. Hot tub great after skiing. Rooms a bit tired (paint and light fittings would fix) but very comfortable and well equipped.

Well situated in the centre of many events!. Nothing really. Building work going on at our end of hotel over multiple floors. Dust and noise. Did stop using drills and working late when we complained to manager plus he discounted one of our rooms for one night. No internet access throughout stay. Hotel blamed internet provider but untrue as good coverage with Wanderport (Mont Tremblant public service) throughout resort and all guests were complaining. Had to go to Caseys bar or internet cafe to stay in touch. Parking garage so hot, felt I needed another shower just putting things into car!! Very uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. Hard to breathe. Needs air circulation. Room did not appear to be well cleaned (carpet, upholstery). Cigarette smoke from adjacent rooms. We booked with another family and were separated due to a flood in the hotel. They were up graded to the hotel beside Montagne with a hillside view. Our room was in the flooded area of Montagne, had to walk through plastic and caution tape to get to our room. Not so pleasant and felt that some sort of discount should have been offered to us as we did not get an upgrade. My husband asked and they were suppose to check with the manager but that never happened. the studio was smaller than displayed on the pictures. Young group was noisy overnight. Desk was responsive with security, but we were already woken up. Would have been nice if they had a ccontinental breakfast, supplied coffee and tea in lobby free, a few treadmills would have been nice. Room was warm. Very out dated rooms and facilities. Reception desk, attendant (Kim) was rude and not helpfull. No smile and lack of interest for her customers!.
