Proximity of Tremblant village, thst is right on Place St-Bernard. It is convenient not to have to go out for breakfast which was included in the fare. The proximity to the ski lifts and other amenities and especially the hot tub. Morning breakfast and afternoon snack. proximity to village and shopping is excellent, beautiful fireplace in suite, very comfortable bed, excellent service.

Good location. great suite. upon arrival, I was upgraded from a studio to a suite with kitchen and 2 double beds! Sweet! its in a good location in the village (at the top, near the gondala lifts). There are a few bars, restos, and concerts near by. The condo was fine and Tremblant also. Hot dogs for afternoon snack. Cookies would be a better choice. Lack of business center to check e-mails or print out boarding passes. It would have been nice to have the afternoon snack included on the weekends. underground parking only available for 1 vehicle; not convenient when renting a suite that accomodates more than 1 or 2 guests. Bathroom design/set up could have been more functional as sink only and no counter/vanity space. One mirror in bathroom and a mirror placed on back of a door in the dark! Not practical for a room that sleeps 5-6. Netflix or ability to access a movie channel would have been great. I agreed fully with the bill presented when leaving. but - my VISA account is now filled with about $300 more than that and constantly changing. Get it straight soon. double bed , a little bit small. queen is better. The fact we were over-charged, I had hell to get the money back, got no apology and still dont know if the money was returned as its not showing on bank account. Genedieve was not helpful AT ALL. This put a dampner on an otherwise good stay. We did also think that the eating area at breakfast was strange, it was scattered and small. Had an odd feel to it. Breakfast room(s) too small, it became easily crowded. Paying for parking. the blind in the windows. the sun rises at 5am, the sun comes in the room a lot. we couldn't sleep. No safety box in rooms. We did not get invoice (employee at reception told us that we need to contact letsbookhotel.com) at check out. letsbookhotel.com is not charging customers for booking service or hotels. There were some plumbing issues in the washroom and we had to call the front desk a few times to resolve problems. They waived the $12 / day parking fee for the invonvinience. Trucks that deliver at midnight and in the morning I couldn't sleep.
