The overall quality of the design and appointments of the Victoria make it our favourite hotel in Siem Reap,featuring traditional Cambodian design elements and Angkorian motifs, most of which have been reproduced by highly skilled local craftspeople. all reviews » Amazing hotel, stuff, facilities, you could spend all day wondering around the hotel, great breakfast, tropical pool, and friendly helpful stuff, from reception to concierge. They organized airport transfers and excursion trips and gave me tips on where to shop and eat in the city, We just loved it Will come back any time we can again. While on a boat tour our 11 year old son stayed back in the hotel and become unwell! The reception contacted us true there driver and looked very well after our son until we returned. Very caring people, a place we defiantly come back again. Also as we request after the first night an upgrade into a big suite was not problem at all. Superb hotel and staff. Everything we wanted and more. Super efficient and friendly. Great food, at reasonable prices for a hotel, which was nice. Don't feel taken advantage of, therefore used it each evening. Nice when tired after a days walking. Would return in a minute. Fantastic atmosphere, services and staff. Cold towels on arrival, fresh fruit and lotus flowers in the room replaced daily. The charme of a colonial building and the location. position breakfast staff attitude amenities. wonderful facilities. Decor. Nothing. I cant think of anything that I did not like in this hotel all and all was perfect place for my first visit to Cambodia. Spa is perhaps not what you would get in a European full service, five star spa, but staff were friendly and the low cost of services compensated. The decking around the pool, I think it needs replacing, it was very noisy. 1.The price of spa and hotel shuttle to the airport was a little bit high. 2.The english level of the staff need to be improved. There is NOTHING to dislike about this hotel. In my opinion, the massage was fair compared to others I have tried. Terrace menu too limited . Not real clear their other dining options. The "free wifi" is virtually non-existent. Would have preferred to pay for better service. Stuffy bar terasse due to a permanent installation of a fabric roof. The darkness inside. Lights were often off, the atmosphere gone. nothing to report. some staffs are not so kind.
