It's a cozy little hotel with very friendly and always willing to help staff. Especially the boy at the reception - very funny and enjoyable! Good location - you can take a walk aroun and it is 5 minutes to the Tsarevets. Breakfast is served on the terrace with wonderful views of the wooded mountains - it's so beautiful in the early morning! Breakfast is basic: cheese sausage, toast, cucumbers, tomatoes, jam. all reviews » Almost everything - location, parking, friendly staff, good brekfast. We've been given a 15% distound for the restaurant near Tsarevets on the reception. Hotel allowed us to leave car on their parking after we checked out so we didn't have to look for a place to park while we walked through the city. They offered us free coffee for free and almost everything was perfect. I liked the welcoming reception staff, willing to meet the customer requirements. Hotel has a very good position in the town, 5 min. from famous Tsarevets. Hotel has a underground safe garage, We had a beautiful view from the room, to the mountain forest. Really nice guesthouse. It has actually an own huge garage! Large room, which was convenient and bright. The staff was funny and tried hard to please us. Very good location, 10 minutes walking from the main sight. Just nearby the garage there is a hole in the road, making the access somewhat difficult.Bathrooms don't have a separate shower enclosure, so the floor is flooded. The shower has an extra feature to flood the bathroom floor :). There is no curtain to prevent it, but you can live with it. Breakfast was very basic. Was a bit hot in our room in the mornings, cause room is in mansard. But it`s not a big problem. I didn't like the shower! The bathroom was floated every time we took a shower. Also, the air conditioner was the only heath source, the radiators were cold. We didnt like the cigarette smoke coming from the rooms and through the hotel into our rooms it stinks. We didnt like having to use the aircon as a heater due to the central heating being of as the room in general was freezing and the bathroom/shower was a fridge. Not for family with children. Only AC heating - resulting in a smell in the room. Bathroom needs urgent repairs, A very persistent smell in the hotel of cigar smoke.
