Great location, directly on the beach,free pool table downstairs, set in a quite location within short walk to the busy shopping and bar area, jet ski hire and other water sports.The apartment was large all rooms with A/C. Curtains almost blackout (not all hotels have them), carpet on the
floor, the room is pretty cosy. Mosquito net on the balcony door. Shower
cabin drained quickly and did not make a mess on the floor (pretty usual
with other hotels). Breakfast containing a good variety. Parking in
front of the hotel.
This time no music at the pool, as it was cold outside.

- The most customer-friendly management I've met. All we asked for for our convenience was provided asap.
- We checked out for a week earlier before end of booking period and we got all refund for the period. We noticed about about departure quite late just o few days before.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean (aircon in every room and a kitchenette). The complex is only 5 min walk from the beach. Plenty of space arround the pools too. The food was fresh and tasty.
The beach is very close if to use the short road approximately 4-5 minutes walking.
Overall we are satisfied with our stay at Karlovo Hotel and will definitely reccomend it.
