I did find it a little bit difficult as most people still know the hotel compex as Sun Holidays. Still it has been my mistake as I did not call the reception to ask for direction. And I have heard lately how well they did explain it to another visitor by phone. The flats are very well arranged with all necessities and a very good taste.The whole staff was friendly and ready to help whatever I and my friends have asked for. All we asked for for our convenience was provided asap. - We checked out for a week earlier before end of booking period and we got all refund for the period. We noticed about about departure quite late just o few days before. - Overall this is the best value for money I've seen. It's just 10 min walk from the beach, it's very quite. We found cheap and good places around to have dinner. We bought snacks for lunch on a way back from the beach t. Very nice spacious and clean apartment.Nice quiet location off the main road which although was difficult to locate,the man from reception came out in his car to show us the way from just down the road. Fantastic swimming pool which was sparkling clean. Great deal for us just before the holiday season started. Beach seemed a bit less crowded than at nearby Sunny Beach. Kitchen with all you need, big enough living room, pool for the guests, good priced restaurant, closed and safe parking around the building, etc. The location is a few km's away from Sunny Beach center, so you need the bus to get to the action-zone, but there are enough buses, and a round-trip costs around 1 euro. Also, the beach (10-15 mins walk) is cleaner than in center Sunny Beach, prices are lower, an. Was clean and spacious.reception staff couldn't do more for you. - Cleaning ladies wipe the floor it seems with one water for the whole hotel. - Stove burners take a lot of time to heat up - Furniture is a little worn-out. Absolutely nothing we could really complain at. At fist I thought I am very far from everithing, but after 30 min of exploring the surroundings, I did not want to leave anymore :). -Small fridge, not for the family, but for one person. -Lack of hooks and shelves in the bathroom. -The door-handles opened too hard and squeaked. -The bed-sheet on the big-size bed too small. -Poor wi-fi in the apartments. -Room cleaning could be better. -Absence of glasses for strong alcohol drinks and wine. -Transparent partition between neighbours on the balcony. -Water in the pool rather cool for swimming. Its hard to find these places as streets don't seem to have names and there are no numbers to properties....guess thats not the hotels fault though. It seems there was a problem with the reservation: I had reserved 4 nights, for a total of 120 Euro and when I arrived at the hotel they were seeing it as 3 nights. I stayed 4 nights, but when I checked out, they wanted to charge me 40 euro more for the 4th night. I showed them the reservation email and finally they agreed to pay only 120 euro. I was not able to pay by card. The bathroom of our bedroom had no shower-cabin, just a simple shower 'cable'. So when taking a shower, the entire bathroom got flooded. The apartment wasn't cleaned too often (maybe never cleaned during our stay?), just towels and toilet papers were brought in from time to time. The staff in resterant,arrogant unfriendly,haven't got a clue about English meals,took 40 mins to try and sort out scrambled egg,when it came it was fried chopped up.had a couple of run ins with waiter and gave up eating their.
