the whole holiday the staff were great the best. Holiday. I really liked this hotel - I believe everything was above expectations, taking into consideration the small rates I paid. Large, clean rooms with AC, large bathrooms, 5-7 minutes from the beach. Nice large swimming pool in front of the hotel. The breakfast was ok, although rather repetitive, but definetely would not get you starving. The staff was helpful in many situations, solving our requests.

Even i reserved the rooms through this site, when I arrived there, I was informed that the hotel is fully booked and we were sent to another hotel, so-called of 4 stars (not even 2 actually). In the third day, we were "invited" to leave the room because the agreement between hotels was only for 3 days. After that, we stayed in Ivana for the last night. staff not friendly. Breakfast's meal is not good: every day the same, there are almost no friuts, no meat. Very bed room cleaning: floor in a room was cleaned only once a 3 weeks, bath and toilet were cleaned only befor our arrival. The area around its pool very bed cleaned. There are a lot of incects in room. The Reception staff are very ignorant and have very little english ormanners. The breakfast food was very bad ... It finished at half ninenad you would only get fresh food at 8 o clock other than that it wasall left overs..not clean-the bathroom,the water in the pool,the towels and bed sheets look old and they are not so comfortable.The food at breakfast,although fair as choice options, managed to disappoint by quality-for example the milk was sour. Good cookies. You have to pay at the arrival.
