The staff was courteous and willing to help with any matter. The rooms were exceptionally clean and aired before our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and, despite the cold weather, we felt cozy and warm throughout the night. Highly recommended stay and should be ranked far higher than just 2 stars. It is no accident that L' Opera has among the best scores (if not the best) on letsbookhotel.com for Sofia, as the quality offered for the price quoted is amazing.
all reviews » It is a very comfortable, home-like, cosy hotel; extremely clean and at a perfect location. The rooms are very well heated (in winter; and equipped with air conditioning for the hot months) and one can't hear the traffic. Not sure where to find nice small modern restaurants or bars. The transport service is somewhat expensive (3 times more than what a taxi would cost) so probably better avoid it. Pillows pretty hard.
