All rooms are non-smoking. The gourmet Restaurant Le Bouquet serves a variety of natural, aromatic cuisine. Sofia Airport is a 15-minute drive away. The altra modern setting of the room was great. Every room has character. One of the most modern hotel that I have ever stayed (I travel round the world, frequently!). At breakfast, the waiter was thorough. The receptionist was also very helpful. Bell boy was friendly. Every staff had welcoming smiles... which is rare to find in Bulgaria. I particularly liked the staff. They are young and enthusiastic, and very anxious that guests enjoy their stay. They did everything they possibly could to help. The location is great. Another thing I really liked was the cleanliness of the hotel; it was exceptionally good.

A rug should be put by the door in the room. As floors are wood, you track dirt into the room. Shower cabin still leaks. The room is a little small.Breakfast. A small light on the desk will be nice.really minor technical issues in room functions (e.g. bathroom speaker volume dial stuck at high volume not functioning to reduce / eliminate the tv sound transmitted through, electric motor of curtains not operative). Pay a little extra for one of the larger rooms as the standard room is tight for space .according to staff no double rooms with single beds; only ok if you are traveling as a couple. Wifi internet is a bit slow.functionality (in some small details). :) the picolo talked too much an almost spoiled my surprise :))). Room a little small especially between bed and TV. Would have been good for the no smoking policy to include the foyer. But it did make the bedroom smell nice. The shower cabins leak water and flood the bathroom. A small couch should be in the luxury rooms.The staff. the resturant was being renovated the weekend we stayed so breakfast service was poor although the staff were apologetic. The rooms were quite small which made getting past the bed to go to the bathroom difficult. The price was steep so im unsure as the value for money.room was a bit too small; breakfast was disappointing - very poor especially the first morning when we were not presented with the optional additioal meals list and had to wait over 20 min for bread!. The room is too small ....the bathroom is relatively bigger than the room!!!. entrance hall was a negative surprise. The reception practically does not exist, this is , what You exúpect at the hotel of such a category.
