Location can not be better, really down town !!! Staff is friendly and speak English, room has a Tv and fridge, big confortable and clean bads, bathrom has planty of towels. Streets was quite so you can rest and beside that free WIFI. Also parking for 24h is just oposit side of hotel under cameras for extra 5 eur 24h. Restoran front of hotel is great, lots of choice and you get very nice meal for 3 eur. One of the best place I stay for value of what you pay for sure !!!.
all reviews » Well the price of 15 euro / 28 blv was a deal ...location is downtown sofia room is small & u have tv,fridge,ac bathroom ... it is value for the money .Better than hostel thats for shure for same price ...no elevator so it is not the best place for couples with small children For a cheap it is worth it !!!. I received a fair room for a great price - maybe the best in Sofia. It had all I needed for the night - a comfortable and clean bed, TV, warm water, Wi-Fi, silence and location right in the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will use Alabin Central again if I decide to sleep in Sofia. -Perfect location, right next to the main shopping street - easy to travel around the city - good price for the room, which is very reasonable - friendly staff, always ready to help, exept the young boy, sometimes working night shift, who is not prepared for the position he is holding. I stayed in this hotel before and I smashed it in my review, but not this time. Every thing was in place: the lights, the chair, the bath and all arround it was preaty perfect. And the value for your money is very good. The place is directly downtown, could not be better, the value for money is unbeatable, place was clean and great for the money. Tv even had German, Italian etc. channels. I would even come here with my wife!. Major renovations happening at the time we stayed. Hammer drills going all day, even at 10pm. Disappointing they didn't give us advance warning or the option to move. Internet didn't work in the room and one of the beds was a bit worped at the bottom. But it was the cheapest place in town!. No lifts. So if you are given a room above the first floor, taking up the luggage will be a hard task. The stairs are duplex type. There are small repairs to be done but for me it is of minor importance. Poor internet, poor tv, plenty of cock-roaches in the bathroom, ancient facility, noise from the street. The staff is great (Dani, Moni), but seems the owner doesnt want to improve the conditions of the hotel. Staying in the center means you have to pay for parking... but you get more then you pay for. No hot water at 7am. Other guests can be noisy. Basic and old furniture, very noisy - train start at 5.00 H. very dark lights were broken. Everything was in poor or fair condition, but I expected that for what I paid for. Old facilities. Not superclean, but not that bad either. Wifi does not reach every room. Although the site says they offer laundry service, this is not true. Smelly bathroom. the carpets are as filthy as everyone described It was dark. the motion sensors are so so.
