Location very near to metro consalocao - station for transfer therefore excellent. Feel safe in this area. Close to a 24 hour restaurant. Good breakfast. Great location, everything is new (furnitures, appliances, bedclothes), nice breakfast. Polite staff Easy access to Main Street Great bar staff Excellent caipirinha's :). They block a large amount of money on your credit card upon check-in "just to be safe" in case of mini-bar use etc. Didn't have any problems with it afterwards but it's kind of "awkward" that they don't trust the guests that much. eaarly check in not very accomodating. No comments. They only had two people in reception during busy check out times and I have to wait over 30 minutes to do it. Nothing. They advertise FREE WIFI, but when you check in you find out that the FREE Internet connection is almost useless. It takes minutes to do simple tasks like email checking. They offer an expensive (BRL 40 / day) high speed connection that you find out only after you have booked and check in at the hotel. Not fair at all. The room size was very small and we booked superior twın room,nobody dıdn't care this,and probably they gave standart room and charged superor room fee,. There are at least three different level of rooms, be sure what you order and what you get. disorganized. reservation and room system down. Internet goes down constantly assigned me to an unmade room. no real egg omelet use mix, a lot of food is overcooked. water in orange juice. Dirty and smelly room. Very bad standard for price. Check in staff very slow and seemed oblivious to my concerns. When I asked for a room change as the room smelled bad and the room safe was missing, reception staff never returned my call until I went down stairs to reception to complain in person.
