I booked a junior suite. They gave me a room from the top floor. It has great city view, clean and enough comfortable. The location of hotel is really good. I had time just in the evenings. It was possible to go short trips by foot. For muslims, there is also halal restaurants just a few minutes away by taxi. location is good if you need to be in the city center. Easy to walk out and strawl over the Paulista avenue and backroads. The area feels relatively safe, mostly because of the big crowd. Room was good, Hotel is a business hotel which would not be misplaced in any metropolis. Not exeptional, just good.

Food is ok, but there is no variety in the breakfast (most of it cheese deshs), boiled eggs upon request. cleaning was excellent, and house keeping was leaving a note that they couldn't clean the room because of DND sign I put, which was very appreciated. The location is excellent. It's close to lots of shopping centers and very central to other tourist locations. It's easy to catch the metro from right outside. I felt very safe walking around alone, even at night, in the area. the location was excellent. Close to business district and lots of good restaurants nearby. The room and bed was comfortable. Staff on reception desk were helpful in answering my questions. Breakfast was good too. The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway stop.
