The price and the location. Breackfast homely.
location is generally very populated with plenty of people sitting around corners, my friends did not have booking and were diverted to another guest house (bananaz) which was cheaper.
Bad entrance with narrow metal door, right behind a steep long stairs making difficult to carry the luggage upstairs.
