There was always someone at reception that could speak English and the staff were obliging and friendly. The room had a good view and was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Very convenient to the business centre. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Food is good, staff is very friendly and efficient, location is very good which in Brasília is important.

The food was not very nice and expensive. The air conditioning in the bar was too cold. The hotel had a very limited selection of wines and what was available was not nice at all. The swimming/spa pool was not heated. Breakfast could be a bit more choices!. Bathrooms with bathtub instead of shower: it is difficult to climb in. Some furniture need repairing, air conditioning is noisy. Breakfast selections aren't what they used to be. There was no jam, and the toaster was gone. My shower on the 16th floor didn't work properly. Breakfast used to be better. There are fewer selections now. Small details show that. During the whole week I spent there I could only find diet jam. Scrambled eggs were too soft. Also, cable TV offers very few channels. wi-fi can bee free :). The charge of internet connection. Low speed internet. The next house looked so　close from the window. Laundry service took ages, even if it was only ironing and I told them I need it urgently. The recepition told me 5 times, that it's allready on the way, but it still took them additional 2 hours. The elevators are terible, sometimes you haveto wait for 15 minutes for an elevator. The confort and amentities do not correspond to a 5 star Hotel. I stayed for two nights at the hotel and the air condition didn't work since the first day. Despite my complaints nothing was done. Breakfast is poor. Wi-fi is not free even at the business center and is quite slow (at the business center you pay by the minute of connection...). At the second day the water was cut off due to an accident with some pipeline and there wasn't any "contingency plan" (no water from 6 to 9 p.m. even to wash the hands). I am having issue with this hotel as they do not provide invoice at checkout. I do not recommend for business trip as you will have issue with invoice.
