  Clean, modern and functional hotel. The staff were all very helpful. Great place to stay if you don't want to be in the centre ,but not to far away by taxi or underground. - The warm welcome by the hotel staff. It is nice to be remembered when you return to the hotel.

  The hotel has an exellent location next to Grand Place, in the middle of the most vibrant part of Brussels. It is located on the nice square. The staff is friendly an helpful, room was clean and warm,and was facing a nice square. The hotel is also close to the metro station. This was definitely good value for money, me and my daughters (18 and 21) ... what people say » enjoyed our stay at the Moon Hotel greatly and would highly reccommend it. - The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are all multilingual and very knowledgable about the surrounding area and have suggestions about what to do in the Brussels area. The rooms are very clean and you get a real good value for your euro especially compared to the prices of other hotels in the same area. The hotel itself is in a very good area for sightseeing in the Brussels area.

WiFi as not available, at the reception I was warned that WiFi is not available and they didn't accept my payment for it, which was very nice of them. - Accesibility ; a very nice and professional staff and personal ; good climate
