Everything was just perfect, the staff was very kind, available, respond quickly and solve any problem ! Big size of the rooms, nespresso, little terrasse, location very central, possibility to park easily. Luxury feel to hotel and in great location (although we made the mistake of coming when everything was closed). The coffee machine was great. excellent location, big size and very clean rooms, very polite staff and aways available, the entrance hall superb.

The website I booked through showed pictures of the spa etc in amongst the hotel pictures which gave the impression that it was part of the hotel, and it clearly isnt! Couldnt find any details of the movies available to rent? It is very expensive and this excludes normal travellers that have managed to get a good deal from eating in the hotel. We booked a 60sqm room and was not available upon arrival, and was affered a smaller one. Wifi charging was dissapointing. All good. 37euro for breakfast. Come on. Guys. This is just beyond reasonable. And 25 euro for Internet. Hotel was very busy. But no one uses foyer. Surely management. Should look at reasons. Well as a traveler who spends 7 months of year in hotels. I can tell you PRICE OF COFFEE AND INTERNET. Nice cigar bar. But was better when the 2 Rooms where smoking. But will stay again. Although eat out xx. I did not like Brussels at all in general. The check in was very slow and the staff were chatting to each other when dealing with me. This may be due to us being Asians. I was not pleased when I was told that our booking was not on their system. I think either your system or the hotel needs to be addressed properly. There was an extra fee to be paid for the swimmingpool, which was not clear on the website! Not good, better raise the price, rather than ... Residents bar closed when I got back to the hotel just after midnight? Problem at check-out regarding a charge for WiFi when the booking specifically states FREE WiFi. Finally resolved, but still wastes time and leaves a bad final impression. You have pay for every thing like internet 10€ every day Valet parking service 15€ every day + 9€ if you need your car City TAX 10€ For Fitness 25€ aday. Wifi not available. Facilities too old. I felt this hotel used to be a excellent hotel. Room wasn't in a good shape for such a high price! Extra costs for wellness and wifi access!.
