Helpful staff; room was small, but I'm traveling alone and the room and it was a very nice small room. Free internet and breakfast were also a plus. The staff unceremoniously packed my clothes when I was out and turned me out of my room, misreading the booking information, and did not believe I was booked into the hotel for another night even when I showed them the booking form. I was eventually reinstated but they were most unfriendly and unsympathetic and only apologised when they realised it was their mistake and not letsbookhotel.com's. And if you want cereal for breakfast you have to pay extra! Free wifi access is a plus.Bugs in the bathroom.

From the airport,you can take the Airport City Express. Though this train stops at the three major stations in Brussels, we suggest you step off at the Gare du Midi. (Underground journey from station : see above)
YOU HAVE TRAVELLED BY TRAIN
From the Gare du Midi (Eurostar and Thalys): Take the underground (Metro) line 2 towards Simonis. Step off at Louise (3 stations).When you come out of the station, you will see the Hilton Tower. Our street is opposite this building.
