Friendly staff, good location, homey apartment while away on business. Apartment, to my surprise, was equipped with everything I needed to cook simple meals. I will definitely return on my next trip. the kindness of the staff, the location in the town, in ther center. we can park on the street. the fact, we can have breakfast and dinner in our room thank to the type oh room chosen "appartment". it is very convenient with two very young children.all reviews »
Large room. Excellent location. Great location. Near to supermarkets and bars. The location. Reception staff were friendly and helpful (note that the reception is not in the same building as Apartments Poirots). Was offered another room when I mentioned that I was unhappy with noise.the location. the fact that on our terrace, we have not got any table, any comfortable chairs or any parasol. it was too bad since the weather was very nice.Were given the room one hour late. Uncomfortable to have place of check-in in different location to hotel. Since the apartments were supposedly serviced it would have been good ifat the very least the bins were emptied daily.The noise of a fun fair lasting til 2am just next door. The alternatelocation proposed was much smaller (=problem with two children). Theplace should not be rented out at those dates (while fair is going) orif so it should be made clear during the reservation process (web orphone - was not the case here). Room was very noisy. Large window facing onto avenue Louise was not well insulated. Very drafty and gap between windows had been blocked with plastic bags. Building not in great condition. Felt much more like a youth hostel than a 3 star.it was not clean, one day morning pops-up the cleaner and brings some old pans and puts them in the kitchen, the bathtub was dirty, in general was not so clean, the bed smelled weird, the elevator had problems.
