Our experience was excellent from every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, service. It's in a great position in the centre - not too far from anything but not at all noisy. This hotel is a real find!. size of rooms and cleanliness; central location but it was still quiet; friendliness and helpfulness of staff.I liked the central arrangement of hotel. Hotel clean and cosy. The personnel very affable and friendly.

The breakfast offered restricted choice, and was poor value for money.No conciege service. The daytime clerk was not helpful with any service related questions. Many questions could have been answered by refering guest to Traveler Information Center around the corner which was found on the third day of visit. The staff were very stiff and unfriendly although when asked a direct question they did try to be helpful - maybe it's just Brussels? Breakfast not that great but ok for the price.breakfast could be better, I would like to have for breakfast cereals, eggs, green salad, tomatos. Breakfest not included. They had no information or brochures for tourists, though they did havea map of the area. There was only one small pillow in the room and we could have done with heavier blankets. Brussels was cold in February!!!. The pillows were flat and small.. .But the bed was comfortable. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. The view was average.-Not a problem, but be aware that parking is on street or parking garage and neither is cheap. Garage is w/in 5-10 minute walk. The receptionist kept me waiting for 10 minutes at my arrival for a personal phonecall. the air conditioning was not working properly - no minibar. missing remote control of air-conditioning.
