The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right beside the train station and on the main street, when I booked I was worried about the noise but my stay there proved I had no concern to worry as the hotel rooms were very quiet. We had a pleasant stay. It WAS A VERY RELAXING STAY ,ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL,i WOULD CERTAINLY GO BACK. Location, size of the room, great breakfast.

The jacuzzi shoul have been activated, only the pool was ready to use for guests.My room had ac working, but the room of my friends didn't and othersthat we met there did not have ac either. Potentially nice exercise room with pool, sauna but none of the machines were hooked up.cold shower (doesnt get warm). There was no booklet with information about the hotel and the services in the room, no pricelist for the minibar or rommservice menu. We were not warned that the hotel lobby was undergoing major renovation. It was a bit of a trek to make it into the lobby, and the workers started hammering before 8 am. the outside of the building is very run down/dirty and should be cleaned up.Air conditioning in the room was very poor and even though it wasn't exceptionally hot outside the hotel the rooms were quite humid. It didn't help that if you left the window open to cool the room then the mosquitoes could get in and attack during the night. Parking was a problem.The room was rather shabby. Walls a bit dirty. No sufficient plugs to recharge laptops, cameras ecc. The bathroom sink tap was broken. All was satisfactory. Rough people outside. Do not advertise all the fancy facilities if they are not working - eg broken steam room, jacuzzi. sauna: was not on in afternoon at 4pm. they should either keep it switched on or inform guests that there is 30 minutes warming up time. i was really looking forward to a sauna, but had to skip due to time schedule. Late check in. no breakfast buffet,only continential,I just ask for another orange juice,the waiter told you must pay for it!. Absence of sufficient hot water in our shower during one day slightly took the shine off our stay.There were many small thing out of order and the maintenance crew couldlearn from the reception staff, the breakfast staff was first class, butthe cleaning of the room leave place for improvement. It is nice to havea water cattle, but if they don't renew the tay, coffee and milk, whoneeds a watercettle ?. It was in desperate need of a renovation. While many of the details were good the quality was poor with many fixtures broken, and a lot of non-working switches, etc.no on-site parking. The hotel bar wasnt open till the evening. There was no where you could get a cup of tea in the hotel which i thought was very poor.The room we stayed in was a delux and to me it wasnt very delux. It was clean and comfortable. The view was also absolutely terrible from our window, we looked out on a high stone wall to three sides(trianglur shape). It was very enclosed so I didnt open the curtains.
