There is free Wifi throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms. At Queen A’s Kitchen guests are welcome to start their day with an American breakfast buffet with coffee served at the table. This food outlet has an open kitchen where the chef prepares both cold cuts and classics from grandmother’s kitchen. Staff was very helpful, location was close to station which was handy for us and an easy walk to shopping and tourist areas. Nice comfortable room. No expensive give aways. We had a quite a big and visible stain on the blanket... It's a bit noisy in the rooms with windows to the square.as previously stated the traffic and pedestrion noise was very bad and the milk and coffee allocation was minimal. No internet access in the rooms. No restaurant in the hotel (although there was plenty of choice nearby). only the fact that noisy English rugby players stayed there too at the same time ... Noisy. Improve outside view from room window; neighbour has lots of unsightly junk on their balcony. Breakfast is a bit ordinary. breakfast was a bit ordinary by usual belgian standards, even allowing for price. internet very slow. floor is not so clean,no fridge. The breakfast was really poor.The floor in the room was dirty. The room did not have any airconditioning either, you had to sleep with the window totally opened out, which made it noisy as the main city square is right below the window. No Airconditioning!.
