  A very clean, comfortable professional hotel. Typically what you would expect from a Best Western 2 to 3 star hotel. Very good friendly and helpful staff. It is very close to the Austria Center by U-bahn subway, recommended if you have business there. I noticed the room was exceptionally big! Spacious bathroom (WC separate from the shower). - The service, the price, the effective layout of the room and the easy access to utilize the internet. A subsequent stay at a Hilton really showed the value your hotel provided and the internet access was included in the room whereas it was an extra at the Hilton. Will be using Best Western more often as opposed to a Hilton. Their room was bigger but a bigger room was not needed by us.

  We stayed at Ibis Wien Mariahilf for 2 nights. It was good experience. The location is great, near the wien bahnhof station which is the main one so it's so convenient to travel around vienna or going outside the city via obb trian. The room is clean and value. The restuarant there is not the bad choice! - The hotel is in a great location; very close to the metro which gives quick and easy access to the rest of the city. We had a refurbished room and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities are clean and the breakfast excellent. The price was expensive but, it is competitive for Vienna which is a little on the expensive side anyway. Overall I would certainly stay here again despite 1 or 2 teething problems.

  All staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. This includes everyone from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and the two staff manning reception. They smiled and greeted guests like they meant it. This makes a huge difference when you're a stranger to a country. The rooms looked clean and smelled fresh. Modern but basic decor. Breakfast ok and nicely priced at 5,90o euros, but never changes (after a few days, you get bored). Nice kitchen for hostel clients or backpackers... what people say » . Good comfortable beds. Nice experience. One can leave one's luggage in a room where you can also have a safe. - The hotel is pretty new, clean and furnished in a modern style. A great feature is the guest kitchen, which makes it possible to cook your own meals, or to store some food in the refrigerator. The staff was friendly, and spoke English very well. My room was quite large, nicely decorated and had a good Wi-Fi signal. The hotel is not in the very center of the city, but has good connections to public transport.

  Good location (across the road from U-bahn station, i.e. subway). Good and friendly stuff. We had some problem because on the first day our floor was cleaned very early, at 7 a.m. I asked not to use vacuum cleaners before 8 a.m.. And it was possible, we weren't waked up by vacuum cleaners any more! Rather good breakfast. So great value for money. ... what people say » - Location is good for public transport and bike rental as it is right across the street from the metro-station. Rooms re clean and staff was helpfull in finding a parking spot (4 km away in a P+R location) since we forgot to make a parking spot reservation. The P+R location was really cheap so we didn't really mind. The breakfast was okay. - The hotel is very well located, just opposite the entrance of the metro "Alser Strasse". You can easily reach the centre also with tram no. 43, which brings directly to the Ring in less than 10 minutes. There is also free wi-fi. The price is very competitive, also during Easter holidays: I will definitively return there next time in Wien.

  I liked the access to non-smoking rooms, and the fact that the Boutique Hotel Stadthalle is structured to be environmentally friendly. I liked how the breakfast buffet did not have packaged butter, jams and knäckebrot.
