Very good location, not far from the historical center and shopping streets. Spacious, cozy and clean apartment, sufficiently furnished and equipped, bedclothes of a nice quality. Beautiful clean bathroom. All our questions were immediately answered and minor problems solved. It was nice to find fruits and a bottle of good wine as a gift. Our stay in Pilgram apartments was very pleasant, thank you. We would be glad to come here again.

A clean and light room with comfortable beds. 2 bedroom apartment was roomy and close to U-bahn. Good location. From time to time there were problems with Wi Fi connection. Kitchen towel would be useful. Ask for more keys as you will get only one pair of keys which might be a bit inconvenient. The apartment door was broken. Third floor without elevator. No elevator. Nothing. I could not cancel my reservasion althogh the parking place was to small for my car. they should tell in advance that big cars can't go through the narrow pass. not after the reservasion was made without free cancelation. The suite was rather cold and damp on the day we arrived - maybe becasue it was on the ground floor. Central heating was swithed off and it was impossible to change air-conditioning programmes. Numerous maintenance problems. Multiplug sparked and caused power outage. Curtain fell off wall. Shower drain blocked. Not enoght comfort in the appartment. They just dont have sponge for cleaning the dishes, shower works unproperly, very dark light in the bathroom, very creaking floor. Hight audibility from the stairway. Very soft materss and creaking bads. internet conection very poor, no parking space, no tv.
