Our studio room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. We
enjoyed the central location and it was a great base from which to
explore Vienna. The staff were very helpful and stayed behind for an
extra hour after their usual closing time to wait for our late check in
after our arrival from Australia.
It would be hard to get a better location, and the price was very reasonable. The room was great as were the breakfasts. The staff were friendly and courteous. We would recommend Pension Suzanne to any of our friends when they travel to Vienna.all reviews »
Charmingly authentic and lovely. The staff was friendly and easy to work with, and very helpful. The bathroom was large and updated. The location cannot be beat, only 20 meters from the Opera House and the the Ringstrasse.

The location of this place is excellent! Everything is near by- the Opera House, restaurants, shopping.You can virtually walk to everything! Had a nice breakfast.

It was very hot in Vienna during our stay and even with the door open,
the room struggled to cool down over night.
There were no negative aspects at all to report.
Nothing to complain about. Great value.
Only one tv channel in English (CNN), the rest is in German.
You could hear your neighbours and what is happening in the hall quite well, as the doors are wooden.
But overall everything was good and comfortable.
No air conditioning, and we were there in a rare heat wave. They had a
fan, but it was very hot and stuffy.
Place is located in 2nd floor of an apartment building which was kind of strange, but that would not stop me from staying there again. After a certain time in the evening, there are no staff available till morning, but was not a problem for us.
I missed a little fridge from our room.

There was no air conditioning and the room looked over the Main Street in 95 degree weather.
We had booked a room w 2 single beds and the only available one was on the 7th floor with no AC so too hot to use. We were changed to a first floor double w sofa bed but still no AC and lots of street noise. 3 star at best.
It was not what i expected. We were basically in a small apartment in a block of units that appeared to be a mix of the Pension owned ones and privately owned.

as conditioner is absetnt you must open window to very noisy street. I recomment to book rooms with "courtyard" window.
Elevator to 2nd floor reception room is up three steps. So had to carry luggage up the stairs just to get to the elevator.
