The hotel is located very close to the city center and all the tourist attractions that one may want to visit. Staff is polite and well- trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room without knocking. Food is great, although I would consider €21pp for breakfast slightly overpriced. Very clean, quiet with modern bathroom and bar features; beds were comfortable. Staff (some more than others),was very helpful in terms of what to see, where to eat, and how to use public transportation to get where we wanted to go. Best of all was the location...so close to everything.

Only a short walk to the tram so easy to get to the centre of the Aldstaat. Breakfast starts as from 0630 am but at 0700 am buffet was still not ready. For example no scrabbled eggs available. And more important than breakfast WiFi was not free of charge!!. Staff not polite, sleazy, with dirt under fingernails, messy hair, rude, very dirty everywhere, towels, bad, too big prices for evrth - breakfast, internet, room rate. I wll never stay in this hotel anymore. Very bad a/c only it lowers or increase 2 degrees of room temp. Like if it was 28 at room temp . The max of ac is 26. Not clean room . Small lobby . No free wifi . Complicated tv . Very small room and small bathroom. all.
