It was great, the location, the aparment, everything. Being close to the different locations, train station, the city centre, and the availability of all the needed stuff around the hotel, supermarket, resturants, and other facilities. The idea of actually living in Vienna, having your own home (spacious appartment with a nice wooden floor, etc). The supermarkets and bakery's in the street made up well for not having breakfast. In fact, I liked it better than sitting in some formal breakfastroom of a hotel. It was new, modern, clean and the location was good. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants etc were all within walking distance.Very roomy but a bit noisy because of the tram way. Very clean,lot of space,good located. area. Really big apartment near city center (easy access to tram and bus). Lots of tv channels. Lots of food stores in the street below. The underground parking. Quiet building, next to the Belvedere gardens. Very spacious apartment, but.. Very very noisy fridge.....A little bit coldly in the room during cold weather, insufficient lighting and ventilation in the room (it is difficult to air the room after cooking). Extra towel´s would be nice in bathroom, because only 1 towel its not enough.The curtains were not fitting on the windows. It would be nice if suitable curtains could be fitted. The downside of being an appartment with a separate office (instead of a hotel lobby) was that we couldn't leave our luggage there for a few more hours after checking out. (As our plane was leaving in the evening, we wanted to spend some more time in the city.). Internet was too expensive, kitchen was missing a lot of necessary things eg. cutting board, sharp knives, bowls, more than one tea towel etc.. Need more heating.Bedroom window was into the lift lightwell, when anyone called the lift the landing lights on every floor came on and stayed on for about 5 minutes. This made going to sleep difficult a blackout blind would have helped. Staff spoke very poor english. The staff was not very friendly. The bedroom. We had any parking problems but finally resolved. Staff efficient but not particulary helpful. Price very high (if money is not your problem the apartament is good). No lift, three floors with luggage are a lot!. Empty, cold-feeling rooms, too basic. The bathroom was a bit smelly. OK if you only sleep there. Wireless signal extremely low.

The property does not offer a daily cleaning service. For stays of at least 7 nights, a free weekly cleaning is offered on request. Towels and linen are provided free of charge.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 14:00 to 18:00. Luggage drop off is possible from 09:30 upon prior request via telephone. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
