Of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip to Krakow, Salzburg and Vienna, the Hotel Savoy Garni was our absolutely our favorite! The women behind the front desk when we checked in was warm, friendly, enthusiastic, and graciously answered all of our questions. While the room was a bit small, it was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms (one for the toilet and one for the sink and tub/shower) had the most amazing hot shower! all reviews » Location was fabulous, a few minutes walk from the museum quarter, 15mins or so to st stephens catherdral and the shopping streets, underground only a few minutes walk, supermarket across the street, cafe and restaurants galore. Street is parallel to a street with more shoes, handbags and clothing stores you could wish for, staff very obliging all in all a great hotel. Central and a lot of good restaurant within three to four minutes walk. Ten minutes walk to Opera House. Taxi cheap compared to Ireland. Five of us stayed at your Hotel and really enjoyed our visit. Guarantee inspite of the fact that letsbookhotel.com indicates in the confirmation "no deposit" or 1 night cost in case of later cancelation. Street noise and from our room on 1st floor easy to hear comings&goings during night. Having to carry luggage up two flights of stairs to reception no air-conditioning in heat wave . Very small breakfast room ,no ventilation in bathroom.
