The rooms were very warm even when all heaters were turned off.Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned every day. our reservation said we would have a panoramic view of vienna when in fact our view was of a brick wall (a nice one, but i mean really!) our room was super expensive because we were there during the euro cup - i wouldn't have paid more than 100 euros for this hotel otherwise.Before leaving, I checked under the bed for any of my possessions. The area under the bed has not been cleaned for a long time, there were dirty tissues and dust everywhere. Other guests at the hotel were smoking in the lobby and at the top of the staircase. This smoke made its way into our rooms. 1. wireless internet too primitive, it didn't work, and it should be available in all rooms 2. rooms not air conditioned. far too warm. There was no hot water/ thermos in the room, no English TV channel, no trash can... Needs improvement works. Only the entrance hall is good looking. Rooms and bathrooms are very old and quite dirty. No air condittioned and it was 30º C in Vienna. It was horrible: you are tired but you don't wanna go to the hotel, because you don't feel good in there.
