Very friendly and helpful staff. As requested we received a room in the top floors. The room was very inviting, bright, super clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent as well. Selection of fresh fruits, granola, kaiser rolls, cold cuts, cheese, fresh juices, and great coffee. nice hotel, close to the university (3 minute walking), no air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room, nothing to complain about that.the hotel was positioned on a very quiet street and you could hear any small noise, like birds and crickets at night.

It was spring and my room faced the garden of the lycée francaise: there I was, almost in the center of Vienna and I was woken up by the chant of the birds - does not happen everyday!. Central location but quiet. Close to tram routes. Being able to buy a Vienna card at reception and order a minibus back to the airport. Nice quiet location and very friendly staff. friendly staff, a quiet and clean room. Big rooms, great staff, cosy feeling. good. The staff were not really friendly. change the windows. there is a very big problem with the air condition, it doesn't exist and you have to stay with the window open wich is not so pleasent becouse is to much noise from the street. I suffered from a lot of insect, mosquitto, fliers and etc. I requested to hotel staff to take a proper action but heard that they can not do nothing. there is only one staff at night and he said he have to keep reception desk and can not see around my room. I had to spend 1.5 hours to go around Vienna to find insect repellent but failed. when my family came back to hotel around 2.30 A.M.The worst thing was opened window which I was unable to close - I couldn't get no sleep due to the cars and so... Garage was full (and i stated in the reservation i needed parking). I used public parking, and had to renew the ticket every 2h. We couldn't visit much that afternoon because of that. Overrated hotel; our small, ugly (bird sculptures above the bed are scary) room was not a 4 star hotel-room. I could see light from the hall under the door while trying to get to sleep.No Wireless lan available in Rooms , Very Expensive and not worthit,Breakfast was rubbish and not even basic,Bar was closed,rooms werefrom the 1960's and for Price € I would like a Refund as totally overthe top cost.I Visit wien every Month on Business and would not stayhere again unless price is better eg €90 a night and the above changedalso!!!! - Take the B1, Wiener-Bundesstraße.
- Drive along the Linke Wienzeile until you reach Gürtel-Bundesstraße.
- Turn right and drive along the Gürtel.
- Turn right into Fuchsthallergasse.
- Take Alserbachstraße.
- Turn right into Liechtensteinstraße.
- Turn right into Harmoniegasse.

Arrival by train:
- From the Südbahnhof take tram D to Bauernfeldplatz (approximately 15 minutes). Follow the Liechtensteinstraße and turn right into Harmoniegasse.
- From the Westbahnhof take the U3 metro line to Volkstheater. Take tram number 1 towards Schottenring, alighting at the next stop. Change for tram number 37, 38, 40, 41 or 42. Follow the Währinger Straße and turn right into Thurngasse. Turn left into Wasagasse and walk along to the end. Turn right into Harmoniegasse.

Arrival by plane:
The airport is 20 km away. You can either take a taxi or take the City Airport Train (CAT) to Wien Mitte. Get on the U4 metro line towards Schottenring. At Schottenring change to the U2 metro line and go just one stop to Schottentor. There you take either tram 37, 38, 40, 41 or 42 to Schwarzspanierstrasse. Follow the Währinger Straße and turn right into Thurngasse. Turn left into Wasagasse and walk along to the end. Turn right into Harmoniegasse.
