The location- very close to the center, the cleanliness of the flat, all facilities were OK. quiet, clean rooms, kitchen, position near center, and price was good. The room was very warm; night time was very quiet; internet was available; sufficient kitchen stuff; always hot water available. In the center of most beutifull things in Vienna, very quiet part of the city and almost every thing in circe of 1 km.

It was very intimate, close to the center and it was confortable to have a big room and a kitchen.I like that the gotel is very close to the downtown of Wien.. The apartment was located near trams, subways and walking distance to many attractions. The kitchen needed a microwave, and the washing machine did not work but otherwise we had a good stay. Free use of phone (at least with calling card) was a bonus.The apartment was close to the metro station and to the main sightseeings. In general everything was ok except the floor in our apartment was not washed for a long time. Located close to the center, quiet, easily accessed, gives you independence.The bandb App. Pension 700m zum ring was really close to the city-centre. it was easy gettin near the most interesting and important places in Wien and there was a public transport service very close . Anyway we went visitin the city by walk because it was really easy gettin everywhere just following the Ring - it just took a bus/tram stop to get at Shottentor. Location was ok for sight seeing although you still need to take some transports, the hotel was in a quiet street, the room was clean every day and towels renewed. There was a washing machine to wash the clothes in bathroom (i did not get to use it but it is nice to be available). Value is good for a cheap stay. Location is very good. Close to transport once you work it out. Quiet street in middle of night. location. Convenient location. quietness and distance to the town centre. we had a 2room apartment for 2 persons; enough space to live in. beds and kitchen were ok.The internet was not reliable. The hotel could clarify that you need to especifically ask to clean the room. The kitchen is missing important items such as pans and a microwave oven (really handy at times).Iced bathroom!!!. No breakfast at all, although there were supermarkets near by. No microwave in the kitchen which we really needed to heat food....kitchen wear was a bit poor...Room was very basic, only one bowl and cutlery set, left phone message for owner and more was arranged. Owner was keen to help. Not a lot of restaurants nearby. the kitchette too small and poor equipt,. The appartment was not worth the money. It was small with an angled roof - we hit our heads! The place was not very clean and dusty, the kitchette too small and ill equipt. We expected a lot more for what we paid and feel ripped off! We will not stay here again when we return to Vienna. a bit poor furniture and kitchen needs; incomplete.I choos this hotel because of football sampionchip all hotels was full.
