Location and freindliness of staff. terrific breakfast. beautiful rooms with nice style. The rooms were charming, the breakfast buffet was first class, and the staff was very helpful. The location was convenient to the sites and shopping. Lovely room, large bathroom,friendly staff , great breakfast and wonderful location to sights.The room is very charming and comfortable. The church's bell and people on the street was very laut. I love church bells, but earplugs would have been helpful. My husband had them and was not disturbed, while I had trouble falling back to sleep after the bells rang at the church next door at 6:00 a.m.!. bed had painfully sharp rails! no wireless internet access. Had to share a bathroom with friends we had booked with - would have prefered separate facilities.The single room I lived is small. it was very noisy outside the hotel with people talking/shouting and the church bells ringing. The bathtub needs a shower curtain for those of us who must take a shower. The spray was hard to contain within the tub. The showerhead was faulty. Hot water took a long time to come thru undershower too. The room was too hot and the heating unit was not able to beadjusted.A Few cracked/broken tiles. Need good curtains (blackout) otherwise you'll be awake just upon sunrise. No electric plug in the bathroom. Hair dryer broken.
