  Rooms are very spaciously, lightly with terraces. Nice and comfortable fashion furnitures, extremely clean. Room and restaurant had amazing view. Good wi-fi connection. Is not a hotel for 3 stars is worth 4+stars. - It is a newly built hotel with big and well decorated rooms and balconies with great view of the nature.The staff, especially Yulia was very helpfull and gave us a lot of information about what to do and to see at the area.The free sommercard that they provide us gave us to visit many places and save a lot of money.The food was always fresh and well cooked.We also enjoyed the sauna after a cold day in the mountains.

Daily printed list of events and suggested activities, including detailed local weather forecast.   Friendlyness of staff, location just perfect, 5 minutes walking into the historic old town of graz and just next to the fresh farmers market.   A very good hotel, just a standard 3-star hotel, everything what you need, free parking is the main advatntage as parkings are diffciult to find in Graz and are expensive, I will certainly stay it again - Everything. A proper tennis club, and the possibility to be there and enjoy tennis both on courts and on large screen after hours.
