The cleaning staff did an excellent job 'making up' our room every day and made an effort to fit into our doctor appt times. The room was very clean and a nice leafy aspect from the balcony. The reception staff were very considerate in giving us a quiet room at the back of the motel at the last minute. The surrounds of the motel were also very clean. We would certainly go back again. Location was close to North Shore Private Hospital, the reason for our visit, but also close to public transport for other purposes. There was adequate free parking, not always the case in Sydney. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant served great food for breakfast and dinner.
all reviews » The quiet surrounds considering the Inn is situated close to a major highway. Food was served quickly and was of a high standard (room service). Room cleanliness was excellent. All in all a very pleasant stay. Good clean well presented older style motel room conveniently located close to public transport. Good location with bus stop at the front door for easy access to Sydney city. Comfortable clean rooms, great staff and located close to bus stop. Restaurant had lovely food and friendly staff. spacious room, cleanliness, quietness. staff was very helpful. The bed could do with a bit more padding over the springs. Nothing. People in room next door were noisy. Restaurant manager bordered on rudeness about the hours serving breakfast. We arrived for breakfazt at 8.30 am and he practically pushed us out the door at 9, telling us it was our fault for not coming earlier. Would not eat there again. reception staff not able to give out local information. No written info in rooms re motel or local eateries, etc. Disappointed that restaurant wasnt opened for long weekend and no hot breakfast but alternatives were provided. Just would have been good to know before booking. Need free wifi. Slight road noise. No restaurant in the weekends and not a lot to offer close by. Address and map to find location not clear. tv set didn't seem to have a picture size change ability, consequently people were stretched horizontally. no restaurant on weekend. We suggest with rooms you provide more towels. Swim & Spa only accessible between 7am and 9pm which can be annoying since we were in town to do things and when we got back to our room would of been nice to be able to access recreational spa. . We don't think two eggs, half of a tomato and a rasher of bacon would be considered as a full cooked breakfast; costing $22 each. We booked a twin room and was put in a double. damp smell when entering the room, water pressure in shower was bad. -swimming area was not clean -jacuzzi was not heating and was unclean -room cleanliness was substandard - staff could not keep the noise level down in late hours. no name toilet paper was not a good sign of keeping guests happy.
