Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Very affordable if you are looking for a no frills cheap room. There was no closet, small fridge or ironing in the room. The latter is available in the laundry room. Is surrounded by fast food outlets and close enough to drive to the city and shopping centers. The best thing was that the staff catered for our needs to allow us into a room very early in the morning rather than the 2 pm check in. Thank you so much for that. Missing was a kettle/coffee tea making facilities. A little too far away from venue at anz stadium. But great value for money.

Excellent staff, very helpful and accommodating. When travelling to Sydney, will only want to stay here, facilities, location and clean budget friendly accommodation. Best formule 1 that we stayed in. We liked that it was easy to get to, close to Allphones Arena, clean and lots of facilities around it, eg. Food and fuel. It was perfect for what we needed, a bed and bathroom. Everything was very clean. The staff was all courteous and friendly. It was a good price for providing a good place to stay that felt safe. The reception was great. We felt it was very friendly, close to food outlets. Close to the freeway.In short very convievient. Price. I was pleasantly surprised when we entered the room as it was adequate for our needs ans most importantly, clean. Just needed somewhere to sleep for the night before meeting a client at the markets. It was clean, bed was comfortable. It was easy to get to Olympic park and back plus the price was reasonable and the bed was comfortable! :). Broken legs on bed - room 311. Rooms and bathroom small. There was a crazy lady banging on a door in the corridor for about half an hour screaming on the Sunday. The rain in Sydney :-(. Not sure why men were hanging around the entrance and car park. A hand held shower head would be a welcome addition. No personal hygiene bags. No coffee in rooms. Cleanliness. Lack of a fridge and no plug for the sink. It was inconvenient having to check in by 10pm. We had to leave our function early in order to be there on time and had to be there (at our function) before your check in opened in the afternoon. Could not open the window and air conditioner was noisy so had to put up with that noise all night. Wifi expensive. No powerpoint at the desk for the laptop. no fridge no kettle or tea and coffee. I did not like that the only light was in the shower, made it hard at night to see anything. Didn't like that everything extra had to be paid for,such as TV and breakfast. Neither of these were an issue with us as there were plenty of food outlets nearby and the TV was only movies. mattress on bunk was way too thin. Bed was very hard. Felt all the springs in the mattress. nothing. No hand towels or face cloths. No tea or coffee facilities. room too small.was told there were bunk beds in room there was 1 queen bed and half a bunk bed,made it difficult when 3 men were sharing the room. small space, the bunk bed was a no go as we 3 were unable to climb the ladder, the rungs were too far apart.King size bed was ok for 3. No White pages Phone book. Wash basin too far from bathroom! And the water from the shower would sometimes flow out into the room.
