  My three daughters and I checked into Meriton Serviced Apartments - Broadbeach for a 5-day vacation in Gold Coast. The staff was efficient in completing the necessary paperwork for check in and check out. We arrived early and as the room was not ready, the staff suggested holding our luggage; that freed us to explore the area. The apartment was sp... what people say » acious, clean and well-equipped. Daily housekeeping was excellent. The location is ideal; a short walk to the bus stop and to Pacific Fair Shopping Ce - Do not stay anywhere else!! This is the perfection place to stay. Broadbeach is a real upmarket place with plenty of bars and restaurants. It is more low key and not as commercial as Surfers, which really suited us. Surfers is only a 30 minute walk along the beautiful beach. The staff at the Meriton are excellent. They helped with all our queries and booking trips and excursions.   The receptionist asked it we had our night planned or would we like some information on what was on offer. I politely told her we were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. She disappeared for a minute, came back apologized, and told me she had upgraded us to a lovely room with great views. We will definitely come back. - When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way. Then I had left my reading glasses in the 1st room and again no trouble to staff tracking them down. Thank u Jupitors 4 a great nite :)

They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. Also, there are also free ipads and wifi provided for the stay as well as wide selection of complimentary movies that helps the young ones occupied when I needed some "me" time.

  The Island Beach Resort was very handy to shops, restaurants and the beach. We found the one bedroom apartment clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful.   The location was first class, any closer to the water and you would have got wet. The staff were very helpful and polite. Don't be put off re lack of air con because the breeze off the ocean was great and kept the unit cool at all times. The units are spacious and well maintained. I loved every minute of my stay. I will come back again nex - This apartment hotel provided everything for a perfect beach holiday.The 2 bedroom apartment was nicely furnished and had a kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals.the location was perfect,directly on the beach, and a wonderful view from the balcony. The manager of the complex was very friendly and helpful. The whole building, apartment and the heated pool were very clean. Will definitely come again and can highly recommend.

  We absolutely had a ball at the Grande Florida, the three bedroom apartment in which we stayed was excellently equipped with everything we'd ever need plus more - we weren't expecting irons, ironing boards, vacuums etc. The bedroom set ups were great, especially having 2 bathrooms to share among 5 people. And the barbecue set ups were great! Had - My kids (ages 17,11 and 6) and I absolutely loved our stay. The pool was just divine! everything I had hoped for. Our apartment was lovely, spacious clean. We met lovely families, walked to the beach, just out the gate. We just loved it and cant wait to go back next year. I asked the kids what was their favourite part of holiday? Dreamworld? No the pool at Grande Florida.

  I booked in for my wife & I. We are regularly on the Gold Coast for medical treatment my wife has regularly. Manager was Extremely Helpful & friendly. What a Marvelous change. Rooms are Big, kitchenette bathroom etc brilliant and Clean. Bed was Lovely and comfortable. Rooms are no smoking, great, and outside every room is table, chairs and... what people say » ashtray. Lovely surrounds pool and laundry. WIFI for your lap top pc's. Off street parking. I Highly recommend this Motel and we will definitely stay - Repeat visitors here. We love the place.   Really liked the underground parking it made the car nice and cool to get into. ound Lyn the manager most helpful in personalising our stay and showing us where to go for points of interest. This is my third stay here I first came on my honeymoon then my 5th wedding anniversary, now with my mum and sister.   Stuart and Denise are the owners and they make you feel very welcome. The resort is comfortable, clean and close to amenities. We stayed here because we were looking for an apartment close to the Convention Centre, Also close to Pacific Fair and Oasis Shopping Centre and the beach is not far either. Was nice not 2 be couped up in a few story motel.Was nice 2 walk out of residence, and sit directly outside my door.
