Absolutely fabulous apartment on the 15th floor with views to die for. For all those who complain about having to buy a toilet roll, for goodness sake go get one or bring one. I would have preferred having a small breakfast pack which I would have been prepared to pay for to the free tea & coffee etc., because the shops were a bit of a walk if you didnt know where to go and you were tired.

The one bedroom ocean view apartment was very well appointed with modern furnishings, plenty of space and a good size balcony. Just 2 minutes to the beach and the surf club for drinks and meals. Quite close to everything really. Good undercover security parking. Good location, 100 meter to the beach. Has beach view, room is big and clean. Please get off from Markwell station. When you arrive late, they will put keys in the mail box, convinient. But you need to ask other cusotmers to open the gate to reach the mail box. The room was a great size, and had a great facilities for us to set up for a weeks stay! Would easily be able to live happily in a place the size as our room and the view was perfect! Staff were a great help and we will definitely stay here again!. We enjoyed the privacy and also the security. I was alone with my grandson and we felt very safe. The apartment is close to the beach. Accessibility of the pool. Undercover parking is always an advantage. Everything, The appartment was wonderful, very very clean, everything you could possibly need, great location, lovely staff, very modern. Ocean view room with good facilities. 12 mins walk to city center and in reach with shopping. Not too near to city center for all the noise but near to beach for enjoyment. Apartment had a lovely water view and was light and spacious. The staff were incredibly helpful. It was a few streets back from Cavill Ave which was a bonus as it was peaceful at night too. Good location, walking distance both to the beach and shops. Rooms were cozy and spacious with good view. Facilities in the room were a little bit old, but still in good condition. High recommended, very good oceanic view and walking distance to Surf Paradise Center. The beach is just across the road, and the premised is well secured.Love this place. Great views. Great value. Walking distance to beach, Cavill Ave, restaurants pokies etc. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were nice and comfy. Staff , amanties and location was outstanding.No interference and relaxing environment. The seaview from the bedroom and lounge was gorgeous. Sitting on balcony having a cuppa - heaven. Rooms are spacious, leather lounge in the lounge room facing the ocean views, beautiful sea breezes and just 6 street from cavill ave. Very central, easy to get to broadbeach and local shoping centres, great ocean views and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was beautiful and cheap. Im definitely considering it as my first option next time I visit gold coast. Staff were helpful, great views of the ocean, spacious living areas, location to beach, shops and shuttle service. Being close to the beach- a nice walk. Car parking was good. The beds were comfortable which is important to me. It was beautiful and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere in surfers, it was an enjoyable stay. It was so relaxing and nothing was a problem.handy to everything.will be staying there again on next holiday. The view was lovely from the 12 floor where we stayed. The lift was at easy distance and quick to retrieve . The price & location & comfort. loved the room - very well furnished. A vending machine for cold drinks in the foyer would have been nice. Nothing, quite simply, nothing. No negatives, we really enjoyed our stay. It was raining pretty much our whole trip :(. We would have preferred a unit higher up in the building, as we did not have a sea view which always makes the stay nicer. Bathroom was small but not a major issue. None. The spa wasn't warm enough lol but I really didn't care :). Nothing. reception was not open on sunday and then they hastled us constantly to come down and pay but we were not at the apartment during reception hours. Finally got it sorted and never heard any more from them. would profer to have a shower instead of a bath that people hardly use. stepping in and out of the bath to have a shower. There were no flyscreens or security grilles on windows in our 8th floor apartment, which seems unsafe. The mattress on the double bed was terrible, I ended up sleeping in the single bed. The very noisy roadworks very early in the morning was a disappointment-not sure I would have booked knowing this. Would have liked a higher floor apartment as it looked near empty anyway. The wind was around when we stayed , but the rap around deck was good getting out of the wind. the mess of the footpaths where they are building the light rail. Sticky bra attached to ceiling was not very good for cleanliness. Nothing. Noisy renovations throughout the day. Smoke drifting from next balcony into our unit, maybe have smoke free floors? Area in front of lifts smelt musty/smoky. No negatives here. Construction in the building in front of us hot tub was cool and pool was too cold. * The swimming pool too small and 50 meters away from a wonderful beach. I don't like the blanket, prefer quilt which makes a feel of home. Slightly older fittings and fixtures but great value for money. Car park very small, not for normal 4wd. No daily dervicing. Nothing. The weather. nothing.
