The location was quiet and the views over the golf course and canal were lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was lovely and clean. The bar area, terrace and the restaurant were really good. Our meals, dinner and breakfast, were terrific with the staff interacting in a very friendly manner. Undercover car parking was good, out of the heat and storms. We would have liked to stay longer.
all reviews » For me it was great as I work to do at night and the motel rooms were quiet spacious and relaxing. Would refer to anybody. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay. The apartment was just the right size with all the facilities that we need to give us a comfortable weekend. We had a wonderful stay the only negative was we had to go home!!. Lovely comfortable bed and nice room and looked great and value for money, and very nice views from my apartment. Loved the flexibility of the staff in allowing early check in. Great customer service. Staff were very helpful. Room and facilities were fantastic. Great value for money. proximity to golf, tennis, pool, restaurants. Liked views. The staff were friendly the room was nice. I liked every thing about the resort. Friendly pleasant staff, great room. Well laid out studio style room. very comfortable and peaceful. excellent staff. Loved the 1 bedroom spa suite and also the views from the pool view apartments. The lunch menu is priced very reasonably with a good range of choices. As we had to attend a function in Pelican Waters, the location was perfect. View over the pool and golf course was lovely. Gardens were beautiful . Very peaceful .The views across the lake and pool lovely . The swimming pools. The staff were great and very helpful. Poor signage on the exterior of building but was told by staff that as the property had new owners they were waiting for updated signs. A little bit of confusion when signing for drinks and meals as we had changed our room upon arrival from a car park view to a golf course view and this change didn't seem to have been passed onto the other facilities in the complex. Apart from that, which wasn't a big deal, everything else was great. Can't really say I found anything wrong with the stay. stayed 3 nights and never saw room staff clean or change the towels. etc. nothing. woken at 3am with people in the pool yelling. The dinner menu price range is too high. They need to have choices from $20 onwards. The safe and tv didn't work and although we advised reception on our first day, nothing was done before our check out 2 days later. Overall ok but some things need attention .The room needs refurbishing check in staff not very friendly .Hair in spa had to clean before use. The room was looking out the roof could not see the golf course. Not very clean curtains were dirty and chairs. We had a deluxe twin room.. Beds left alot to be desired.. Totally uncomfortable & couldn't move at all without the bed squeaking.. Mattresses was to hard not luxury style comfort.. Other than that thoroughly enjoyed our night.. The beds were old and uncomfortable.
