clean rooms, group areas and shower/toilet facilities lockers to leave your belongings in after check out could also use all the facilities after check out close to the beach. Very clean and after 10pm you are not allowed to party at the rooms what is pretty good if you enjoy a good sleep. Staff was friendly , facilities were clean... Lots of things to do including outdoor movie nights and pools :).

It's also a great place to meet new people!. good communal area. very clean. balcony is good but with they put a few chairs on them. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The fact that was a new building. Staff were helpful and friendly. The position was great!. lots of facilities. very close to the beach and local pubs / restaurants. Locatin is excellent, staff is friendly and helpful. Byron Bay is a lovely spot. Would go back armed with own accommodation and food, otherwise expensive. price is fair!. very noisy on the night I arrived... you wouldn't want to have to get an early night if you had plans the next day... but this was as I would have expected for a backpackers, so not a complaint as such!. Somewhat overpriced I think. Like a lot of thins in Byron Bay. No dvd on tv room and almost no channels to watch. Everything was perfect :). would like seperate male and female toilets as toilets smelt like a urinal at times and lots of toilet seats left up. Constant party scene. Music was blasting through the central speakers throughout the day and past 10pm. too noisy every night. There was no let up. Way too noisy!. room facing the street was a bit loud. - pool was not usable (without water) - Air con was defect in the room - all rooms / floors are smelly. The cleaness and overall conditions are fair/ poor, but it is a backpack place anyway. Noise! Till 3am, from within - not down the street. Hard to find. Shower leaked all over the floor, part missing of the door and shower head sprayed everywhere, so couldn't confine it. Costly for what it was. Little charges for odd things that we didn't expect. the room It's ok related to clean, but the common areas should be better cleaned. The fact that I was supposed to be booked into a male 6 bed room with ensuite. Got the ensuite but woke the next morning to the other 5 beds filled with females. This made me feel very uncomfortable both for myself and the females. I made a quick exit.
