VERY nice and helpful people running these great apartments. Our apartment was very spacious with a double and a twin room, a huge living room and a full kitchen with a washing machine and a big balcony, big bathroom with tub and shower and washing machine and dryer. Great location close to restaurants, bars and the beach. We could easily walk everwhere. Even though it is an apartment and not a hotel there was linen, towels and a little soap. But it is not changed.

The only sound I heard often was the birds and that was lovely! It was extremely clean and that is truly important to me. The apartment size was perfect. It was completely accessible to town and beach so I was able to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay again. Very friendly staff. Very clean apartment. Complimentary pluger coffee. Very comfortable bed. Everything that we needed was in the room including clothes washing detergent and a hair dryer. It's these small things that add up and make the stay comfortable. Thank you so much, we had a great and will try and stay again next time. Jill the manager was fantastic. Extremely helpful and accommodating and even upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment. The apartments are beautifully decorated, very spacious and everything you could possibly need is provided. John and Jill - the managers were sensational The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious Location was brilliant - right in the heart of Byron shops and 5 min walk to beach. The whole experince of staying there. So clean,quiet and the best equiped unit we have stayed in. Could not have asked for any thing more would go back again. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Location, you are less then a 5 minute stroll to anywhere in Byron Bay. John and Jill were lovely. Ideal, quiet location. staff and location couldn't be better. Late check out. Location was great and weather heavenly!. Could have used a few more small items, like paper towels or napkins and TP. As a solo traveler, it made no sense to have to buy these items in larger amounts. So, I did without and managed fine. Just would have been nice. It would be helpful for short visits if shampoo and conditioner sachets could be provided. The only small issue was some street/car park noise outside of the hotel from late night partiers. ran out of toilet paper. Drier not working; hot plates difficult to turn on; pool was freezing (supposedly heated!). Apartment not serviced during a 6-day stay.
