The staff were friendly & only too happy to help. We stayed here as it was close to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre for the Pink concert, they provided Transfers there & back, as well as a dinner package. The location is very convenient not far from shopping centers etc.The room we stayed in was clean & very comfortable, we will definitely be staying here again. Great value for money, truly enjoyable stay. Cannot recommend it enough.
all reviews » Reasonably priced, the villa was better than a motel room as it had a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The staff were amazing and the place was walking distance to a mall. A few minutes drive to Westfield mall, close to the airport, not that far from cbd by bus. I would recommend colonial village to everyone. Supplied gluten free breakfast at no extra charge. Very friendly and helpful staff in cafe and office. Let me have keys to other rooms to view various options for future. Location good if you have a car, especially if you're heading north. No need to go through city traffic. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a lovely little balcony. The bathroom was compact but that was okay. The food at the restaurant was lovely and the staff very friendly. There were many trees around the village and that made it really lovely. staff very friendly,villa was clean,had everything you could need,complimentary breakfast each day.far enough..30 min from brisbane city..peace and quiet ,native birds...shopping centre5 min walk,bus and trains...great place..will be back. Fast and easy check in. Room was very clean and had a good lay out. Our friends live nearby so we found it very accessible and our friends joined us for breakfast at the cafe. Would visit again in the furture. i liked that they had a shuttle bus facility to and from the entertainment centre so i didnt have to worry about the safety of my children attending a concert. Was close to the Entertainment Centre which was the the reason for my trip, the room was immaculately cleaned, very impressed with their housekeeping. we had a family room which was quite spacious for us to be able to get ready for the beyonce concert, convenient for our needs, clean, friendly staff. Quick internet booking and good follow through from reception to ensure we were still coming and to make arrangements for after hours access. friendly, complementry breakfast, good for family/couples in self contained villas fanastic for concerts, buses for Chermside at the door. The room was small but was only intended for 1-2 people so it suited the purpose. I loved my room and thought it was very comfortable. Covenient, not far from airport. Would have preferred bacon and eggs with barista coffee rather than instant and just eggs and toast. My daughter accidently closed her connecting door and we couldnt get it open. It wasn't a real disaster as the girls were all 15 to 16 years old. Nothing. I geuss I didn't anticipate how cold it would get during the night in Brisbane. I unfortunately felt the cold this trip and was a little disappointed I remained that way especially when I hoped into bed. Not such a good shower (this was the first time that we have had such an experience). Breakfast was included however it was eggs on toast. For the price of the accommodation it was just OK, but would have preferred paying a bit more for a small sunday buffet breakfast?. Anzac Day cafe was closed. Smokers were staying in the unit below us and we had to close the doors to eliminate the smell. breakfast wasnt that great. Not keen on stairs but not a major problem. nothing. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. I only had 3 channels to choose from on the tv. Also the toilet was right behind the bathroom door which was a bit annoying. No major dramas though. Unfortunately we had to leave at around 5am so missed out in the included breakfast, requested to have put in our room to cook in morning at own leisure but the hotel was unable to do. Maybe a breakfast pack if leaving early would be a nice addition. Very happy anyways. Not being able to dine in after travelling in excess of 500 ks and coming from the country I find it a nuisance to have to drive in unfamiliar traffic conditions to find somewhere to eat. Wifi was unfortunately Not available. Only had one night Would have liked to stay longer. Maybe next time Thankyou. The room had a musty smell to it i think it needed to be aired out a bit. No hair dryer in room. Small ironing board. Small amenities (toiletry and shower), thin walled (can hear neighbors and vice versa), Wi-Fi signal too weak for room use (would only connect inside the Cafe itself). advertised 'included breakfast' was only available at the associated cafe which did not open till 7am. Not useful when daylight saving changes to flight times meant 5am departure. No alternative (eg cereal/toast) was available. This should be made clear on letsbookhotel.com. No microwave. Nothing. Noise from next cabin children jumping and banging till late hours. didn't have an oven we were two girl friends only had double bed. Bathroom to small. nothing to dislike. Small shower. Bathroom a little small, but served the purpose. further from the airport than I thought - not A major problem. had no raido in the room. pillows very flat :(. Other guests being allowed to smoke outside their rooms; the smoke from their patio area came into my room. Couldn't get our complimentary breakfast as we left too early. Pool was a bit murky.
