The Location was probably the best of all the hotels in the palm beach area. In the center of everything easy walk to all the shopping and restuarants. The price was the best too. It's a 3 - 4 star hotel so don't expect 5 star luxury. But if you want 5 star you will pay double or more. Beach is the same for all Hotels, pool is adequate. didn't eat in Hotel Restuarants so can't comment but plenty food available.

I loved the view from our room of the beach, and the beach itself. The resort has a great beach with easy access, and three nice pools. Shopping and good restaurants were within easy walking distance. We came with our 3 daughters and boyfriends had a great stay, very clean rooms great location for walking to dinner and shopping for all beach was full of action. would come back with the family. The room was spotless and well appointed - the house keeping staff were excellent. The hotel location is great - right at the beach. We would like to go back when the refurbishment is completed. Other hotels should learn with holiday inn. You don't have to be expensive to offer great service. The room was big and comfortable, great location and friendly staff. We had a great time. The room was perfect. And the bars, swimming pools, and services by the beach. All the personnel was super kind. Having bikes to borrow at the hotel was awesome!!. I thought the location on the beach excellent, kids eat free a benefit, free internet in the room, the beach beautiful and shops very good. Very safe, clean and great hotel. It was under construction but it didn´t looked like that it was under construction. Great job on that. I loved the hotel, great location, nice beach, good pools and great overall design of the hotel - it has a kind of European feel to it. Friendly staff, clean rooms. No problem checking out two hours later, nice.( actually we checked in two hours earlier, nice also!). So close to everything and staff were friendly. The children had a blast playing in the Kids Club room. The rooms are really new, it is in an excellent location. It has good wifi conection in the room. Have stayed at the holiday inn and the location is fantastic it's being remodel and it needs it. Location, breakfast (although it wasn't included and it was pricey), cleanliness, contort. Hotel restaurants were expensive and not that good. The service was a bit slow at the beach bar, not overly friendly. If I was with just my husband and friends would want a bit more low key beach front. but with the kids was great. Nothing to complain about - there was building works going on but you cannot gripe about that as it will add to the complex once completed. The front desk is not exactly welcoming and doesn't give you a good first impression. Breakfast wasn't good, and was to expensive for the quality served. The products for the bathroom were really bad quality. I did not like the deeper pool being closed to kids as my son wanted to swim laps and children's pool too small. Don´t have much nightlife activities besides the Cassino. It could have night parties along the week. Beds are too small and uncomfortable for two people. A microwave in the room would be nice. Great location, although eating in hotel is not cheap to put it mildly! No discount being an owner/member at Holiday Inn Club? : big disappointment !!!!. Aruba is very expensive ($3 for can soda). Excursions were extremely expensive and trip was not like it was described. Our first day in the room, I enter to the bathroom there was a hand towel with some short curly hair, looks like someone had cut his hair over it recently. Our room was right outside of the elavator and could hear everything at all times :(. Wifi in the room 7506 doesn't work. I talked to the staff twice in order to fix that and nothing was done about it. It's not a big problem but we were bothered being everyday on the corridor standing, using wifi to send news about the trip to our families. The food at the beach bar was pretty limited and lame. The check-in process was very inefficient!. The water around the Holiday Inn wasn't as clear as other areas of the island. The beach was packed and there were too many boats. I wished there was more variety in the food selection. The prices at the restaurant. Coffe brake for 2 = us$36!!!! I tried to cancel my first day there because I missed the flight and they charged me. Too many extra charges added to bill when checking out. no breakfast. Organized Kids' Activities were pretty lame - internet made it sound more formal and exciting. The smell of the hallways was dank. The extra price for a cot, extra adult per room above 2, and room service charge of 10% added onto original room price as well as tax. Beach. Crowded, a lot of children. Bed was so uncomfortable that I had to sleep on the sofa in the room . I spent no time in the hotel. No dining, or shopping..or drinking. I did not like the fact that their sofa in the room was all stained, it needed to not be there at all(gross looking) we did not sit on it. The Hallway to your room had an old smell to it (carpet, must be old). All rooms had an ocean view-very nice!. Horrible system for securing a hut, you will miss one at least the first night Room service for breakfast was delivered with a 45 minutes delay. I had a cold shower prior to my departure. Poor amenities for customers. Poor recreation activities. No courtesy drink water at the room. no comment. I arrived 40min before the check in time (4pm), had to wait; but still after 1600 I had to complain in order not to wait anymore for them to ready a room for me. Also the concierge in a situation which we asked about means of transportations to get to the airport; replied saying we should use the same way as we came! Zero costumer service. Not like Holiday Inn in the us. Hotel is outdated, musty smell, staff is just okay. This is no where near a five star hotel. You can find many other hotels that match the traits of Holiday Inn but over deliver. check in - check out - funcionários despreparados - reforma. food; staff not picking up phone; mojito without mint; no directory and order-in menu in the room; no filling up of cosmetics; construction work in the early morning, plastic cups instead of glassware everywhere; how cheap and trashy the place feels despite the high price. No hot water for showers, no restaurants except for buffet, loud parties, staff not friendly, rundown appearance, door did not latch properly, hidden charges which brought our bill higher than originally quoted. Never will stay there. No Internet Poor quality furniture Front desk staff unhelpful. Everything. The hotel was disgusting and it smelled. An absolute pig pen.
