Great rooms. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. One of the best hotels on the beach. We would definitely go back. We had one of the less expensive rooms because our view was of the Ritz Carlton. The reservation had a note about possible noise, but the new hotel is practically ready so there is no construction noise anymore. If you're willing to give up a view, the room is perfect. The staff was very freindly and helpful. Excellent bars and restaurants with variety of choices. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. The adult quiet area is a great place to relax and do absolutly nothing. The gym was nice.

Drinks on the beach were amazing. layout of rooms...with great views.. staff pool and beach areas.. overall a great hotel big rooms with big bathrooms, balcony. The staff was very accommodating to our needs & and any issues that happened. View from ocean view room was spectacular. Everything went starting from the check in, staff was suoer friendly which is always nice. Highly recommended. Great variety of places to eat Loved the adult pool and happy hour Casino was good fun. Setup of grounds and easy access to all areas. The upkeep and how nice it was. Very clean and family friendly. The staff was very perfect. Intalation, Room service. Nice and big room. everything is near. Location Staff. Everything!. everything. Everything. Taxes are very high in Aruba, which is something to keep in mind when you make a reservation at any hotel. You might find other hotels/resorts for a little less on the same beach. It all depends on what you're looking for. Nothing negative to say about this place. nothing. The nightly rate could be lower due to being a little far from the mall & strip of restaurants. Abit of a walk to other resorts. Away from local shopping. Wish they offered all inclusive. The cost to eat got pretty high at times. That I had to wait until exactly 4pm with a young kid and pregnant person for a room. Even with 5 minute earlier checking in, I was told to wait. Three hours w/o a room was disappointing. To short a stay!. The bed is good, but not excelent. (we (me and my wife) stayed in two single beds, separetly Westin has a better bed. Did not like the girl who checked me in. Can't remember her name. Pedro, the guy who carry you luggage, in the other hand, was great. He solved all my issues that the "rude" girl didn't even bothered. My ocean view was good at first, had to change room. some of staff are not active enough. Can't find anything bad to say about this hotel. you need to either rent a car or use a taxi to go into town for dinning or shopping. Some bugs.
