The hotel is very nice. First of all, great location. despite the fact that nearby is the Opera and bustling central thoroughfare, is quiet and calm. The rooms are updated. Internet access throughout the hotel is free. The staff is very attentive. The day before leaving asked to extend the accommodation. Our wish to have taken into account, even though the hotel was pretty loaded. I arrived at 0500hrs and the reception staff were most welcoming and understanding of my need to sleep. They found me a very nice room and I was upgraded which was very kind. My room was immaculate and quiet with easy access to the lift and hotel facilities.

Bath robes are not provided by the hotel and they are needed for access to/from the pool and sauna etc. Even though I was a guest the hotel charged extra for use of the pool!. travel agency in the hotel does not accept payments by credit card; no coffee machine and bath robes in the room; gym opens very late at 8 am and is paid which should be included in room rate. It is a "tour hotel" and just a little rough around the edges. Bars are not part of the hotel and require separate payment. nothing. They lack the refill concept on breakfast!! That's if uou are late, you will miss whatever is over. No coffee making facilities in the rooms. Wi-fi doesn't always work. Between 9.30 and 10 a.m. there's not enough food left in the breakfast room. Uncomfortable bed. Unstable wifi in public area, no wifi in room. The rooms not properly cleaned Breakfast rather ordinery Could be a lot better Staff need to be more pleasent and smiling. Noisy since it overlooks the street. facilities like gym and swimming pool can be used by room catagory,standard room guests need to pay to use those facilities. Room was very average. Bed was mediocre. Breakfast was expansive, yet limited for American tastes. Breakfast items didn't change for the 9 days I was there. I couldn't find any. noise outside. The rooms should have a safe box & towels should have a nice smell. the pillows weren't good at all. i got back and neck ache because of low quality pillows. The blanket wasn't also good. there was no kettle for tea or coffee in the rooms. i think the quality of room didn't worth the price. I got a room for smokers - it was quickly solved! - I was born in the 80s myself, but that doesn't mean I like the interior from that time. - The price included dinner (very very poor). My suggestion - it's better to not include dinner in the price, unless you can maintain some quality. poor facilities. old furniture. Access card for the lifts is ridiculous. Being Magnetic- should be kept away from mobile phones. Suddenly you reach your room and its not working; you have to go back to the check in counter and have it exchanged. food, service, bed. size of the room. - Heating is using a fan heater so room became very hot and dry. - Café was quite expensive and the hot chocolate horribly undrinkable. - One of the check out staff was very careless charging me for someone else's room and then being very difficult when I tried to explain that I had only stayed a few days not over a week so the bill had to be wrong. Eventually sorted out but with very little grace. it was great problem to find iron in this hotel!!!!.
