  Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

  The front desk staff (in particular Marcos) was very helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the centralized location. The room was fairly large so very comfortable for an eight-night stay. All in all a good experience. - It was centrally located so it was easy to walk to several locations.
