The hotel was excelent. The breakfast was very nice and the generalareas of the hotel were excelent. Free internet and a excelent location,just in front of the Obelisco. Very helpful staff. The desk clerk was very friendly and most helpful. We had a great room high up overlooking the Obelisk. The free use of the sauna and jacuzzi, the internet was really fast and the location is great!. It was adequate for one night, but would not suit me for a longer stay. It was convenient for the city centre. Plenty of facilities, but these were at extra cost.The location and the spa facilities (this is free for guests). PRICE. Our room was not a 4 star room. There was no view in the room at all. Breakfast was poor. Room neither particularly attractive nor comfortable (acceptable but less than you would expect in a hotel of this rating). Breakfast buffet uninspired. Very busy hotel with two small lifts. Breakfast was very crowded and difficult to get around the tables.We were given a room on the first floor which they say was newly renovated so the room looks new. I don't know about the other rooms on the other floors. The things that I didn't like were the beddings and the shower stall which was very, very small. The coverlet was kinda shabby and worn-out. The white linens underneath were very thin but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Small size of the rooms and lack of space.The rudness of the staff, particularly the concierge. The room was very small with very little daylight. The breakfast was in a very crowded room with long ques and was poorly serviced. The rooms are very small (the pictures do not reflect the real size) and the noise coming from the hall to the room, such as people walking and doors shutting. Last but not least, I tried to book a tango show through the front desk and one of the attendants suggested a higher price than really is.TIME OF CHCK OUT, THE BATH ROOM WAS NOT CLEAR.
