The location (city centre, next to the obelisco) very helpful english speaking personal even the room (equipment and furniture) was old and used, the maid cleaned the room daily very good not working refrigerator - was fixed quickly after reporting at the reception breakfast not booked -> anyway many possibilities to eat in the nearness. Location in the very heart of the city center, right on the landmark boulevard of Buenos Aires. This, naturally, makes it a rather noisy location but this is about the only remark I would make. Otherwise, it is a great value for money, close to almost every tourist attraction, personnel is very nice.

The breakfast room is also really nice, and cable tv has a lot of channels available. Great downtown location! We easily walked to the theater district and many restaurant and coffee shop options. We had pretty views of the city streets from the room. The room was older, but very nicely kept up. Staff was very helpful. They would reserve your taxi to the airport and print your boarding pass. Free Wi-fi worked better than in other hotels. Room size above average. Everything was amazing, awesome location and great staff. High security rules gives a feeling that you are staying in an army camp. When I arrived at hotel in the night, they checked my name first and then allowed me to enter the hotel reception area. I had to pay for the room during the check-in (no trust). You can use the elevators only if you have room card with you. The staff is very professional, but I have not seen any staff smiling. I have not seen even a smiling customer in the hotel. Avoid, if you like hostel-like environments. A bit tired in places but very clean and fine as far as I'm concerned. Hotel feels a bit tired, and is locked up tight by 9pm...we arrived late and the door was padlocked (security issues in ba). Some of the reception staff is surly...not very welcoming, dismissive of request to make dinner reservation (ended up doing it myself). The boxed breakfast for early departures to the airport. Two doors on the elevators instead of one was difficult with luggage. No real restaurant. The wireless connection does not always work well. But is free. Very noisy throughout the night from the elevator, to the TV in the next room at 1:00am, to the street noise. Not restful. nothing. That you have to pay fee in advance. The breakfast was not included in the fee. - surrounding areas is obviously where thieves and purse/camera snathers gather. don't show your valuables on the streets - give plenty time for your ride to the airport. normally 40 minutes to eze. it took us 2.5 hours and missed our flight due to unusual bad traffic on a friday night - rooms facing the streets have views but very noisy all day long. The crew was very anxious. No patience at all. No view from the window. The room next to us was under construction and it was very very loud. Lame experience. Staff a bit surly. Did not speak much English. Dodgy lifts, didn not always work. You pressed the button for your floor . It then went out , ignored your floor, lifts going up, down for no apparent reason. Lifts not working full stop.Staff helpfulness depended on your grasp of Spanish. Staff ( most of them) not kind and supoortive. Dirty sheets upon arrival. Door was left unlocked by cleaning staff. Poor service.
