Such a great location - everything was walking distance (shops restaurants bars). Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Felt like a chalet almost! Loved having breakfast each morning in patio - it felt like we were outside a big city! Breakfast was great - nice variety from fruit to cereal to yogurt to omelet and toast. Staff and owners were great.. It's like we were a part of the family!.

Lots of good restaurants and bars around, shop, pharmacy, etc. Personnel is taking care of safety, which is good except the cases when you have to go out late at night and there is nobody who can open the door for you. And you can't do it by yourself. Personnel is nice, trying to help and recommend. Room is clean, comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in Sissi Haz. Staff is extremely friendly and will help you for any inquiry. Small hotel, excellent breakfast. Great location in "trendy" Palermo soho, lot's of nice shops, bars and restaurants in the area. Buenos Aires is expensive city and Sissy Haz is a good compromise if you want a clean, quite small hotel but you plan to spend most of your time inspecting the city. Good WiFi connection. The location of the hotel and the kindness of the tenants. Clean rooms, quality construction. Great location. It is about 10 blocks or so from subway but a nice walk through neighborhood. We didn't mind at all!. Very noisy if the room overlooks on Malabia. Internet is not so good. Breakfast is ok for the price, but do not expect too much. Would be 100% perfect with a swimming pool to refresh after hot day. Watch out for $ exchange rates used by owners when translating roomprice booked in us$ to ar$. Not a hotel as such, more a house they transformed into rooms. Nothing. all great. Breakfast is very basic, should be better at that price. If going out after 2am, you need to advise the owner or call upon returing, so there is no "real" 24 hour reception. Wifi in room a bit dodgy (overall hotel wifi excellent). No elevator. Leaving. The breakfast could be better. For example, I did not eat fresh breads. Rooms particularly dark - needs lighting on even in daytime. Lighting needs to be much brighter difficult to even see in cupboards during the day. It was all terrific. Slightly dark place. Awkward reception area and it is a bit limiting that you need to be let in and out of the locked front door by member of staff. no elevator. The cleaning. Not enough natural light in the room and the house. The security measures are quite impressive but frightening. This more like a B&B rather than a boutique hotel. The term Grand Suite is an exaggeration. Worst of all you cannot take the key with you and you have to ring and say your name before someone comes down to open the door. At night you have to call and wake up the owner to open the door. Bathrooms are small and need modernising. There are some amazing boutique hotels in the area.
